Panchakarma treatment is not only for detoxification but it also revitalises the whole system, physically and mentally. The panchakarma or the five treatments are Vamana (puking), Virecanam (purgation), Vasti (enema), Nasyam (nasal infiltration) and Rakta moksham (bloodletting therapy).

Abhyangam is an Ayurveda body massage with warm medicated oil. The massage techniques during Abhyangam change according to the condition of the person.

ABHYANGAM

Kizhi is a malayalam term which means Poultice. The sanskrit term for the same is Pinda Swedam. The poultice packed with herbs or medicated rice or even powder is used to massage the whole body

KIZHI

 
Kizhi is a malayalam term which means Poultice. The sanskrit term for the same is Pinda Swedam. The poultice packed with herbs or medicated rice or even powder is used to massage the whole body by dipping it in medicated oil or medicated decoction or medicated milk. A few different types of Kizhi are Njavara Kizhi, Podi Kizhi, Ela Kizhi and Naranga Kizhi.

KAYA SEKAM

Sirodhara is not just a stress relief Ayurvedic treatment. Apart from stress relief, it is a perfect treatment for insomnia, promotes concentration, balances diseases associated with Vata and Pitta imbalance,migraine and other headaches, repairs nerve degeneration and rejuvenates hair.

SHIRODHARA

Warm medicated oil is retained on head with the help of an open cap. Shirovasti is helpful in facial palsy, nerve degeneration, headaches, cranial ailments and diseases linked to ears, eyes and throat. Shirovasti helps to improve memory and immunity. 

SHIROVASTI

Five eye therapies named Anjana, Aschyothana, Bidalaka, Tarpana & Putapaka are mentioned in the classical texts of Ayurveda. All these can be used as preventive measures as well as treatment for various eye disorders
